Incentive Strategy for Portfolio Companies

Today, for one of our portfolio of the company, we need to put together a cost-benefit analysis on their incentive roadmap. We need to track the LTV lift based on the cost of the incentive. Students will get a chance to brainstorm creative ideas and investigate the net-impact to user acquisition and model out churn.

For one of our portfolio of the company, we are in need to architect a new marketing plan. The goal is to acquire new customers at an acceptable cost of acquisition (CAC). We are eager to get students' point of view to determine the right channels for our D2C company. We will need to put together a point of view and recommendation to assess the why behind growing the social media following for that channel.

Venture Capital Audit

For the portfolio in our holding company, we would like students to come with a fresh pair of eyes to help identify a new potential acquisition target based on the portfolio diversity. We will take the input and try to participate in potential angel investment or pre-seed / Series A deals based on the analysis.

Today, our company invests in Seed/Pre-Seed/Series A/Series B/Series C technology, consumer goods and crypto startups. We want to put together user research to model our website after. The idea is to showcase past investments and develop a showcase that shows our successful exits in the industry.
