Launch an AI Chatbot using VoiceFlow to support customers visiting our e-commerce store. We sell equipment for walking multiple dogs. There are many components that are modular and can be configured in different ways to improve the experience of handling dogs on leash. Our product line is not a simple one, and making a first-time purchase requires significant guidance. We hope to reduce the burden of customer inquiries on administration and increase customer satisfaction with a robust chat bot.

TinyHorse has a unique place in the dog industry -- we are the only company that's designed an extensive system for walking multiple dogs. Dog walkers the world over have told us that our equipment is life changing.
