Revamp Onboarding Experience Flow for SaaS tool

Inspoboard is a tool that helps users to save their Facebook and TIkTok Ads. We are looking for eager students to improve the onboarding workflow of our tooling. We need to conduct research, work through rapid prototyping, and determine the onboarding we can implement in order to activate our users faster and lower time to value. In order to accomplish this, there are product management principles that we would like you to lead:Competitive research and analysis: Determine the top B2B SaaS tools and understand their workflow and how they onboard their users. Do they offer videos, tool tips, etc? Gather common themes: Jot down what you like/dislike about the flow. What resonates with you as the user? Prototype the new user flow: To the best of your ability, provide a list of recommendations and put together the journey map from sign up to activate while being guided through the experience.
