Regression Testing for Product Toolings
Today, Inspoboard is a product tool that helps users to save their Facebook and TIkTok Ads. We are looking for eager students to improve the monetization workflow of our tooling. We need to conduct research, work through rapid prototyping, and determine the best subscription pricing we can implement through experimentation and analysis Ensure beta features are deployed on test environment Create workflows for regression testing (e.g. states, exception scenarios, etc) Instrumenting test workflows with developers Providing their feedback on any pain points and challenges with the new feature release Determine and log bugs they uncover On the production, you will be required to run regression tests on new release
User Experience (UX) Persona Research Project
Today, inspoBoard is making it easier for small brands and agencies save ads from TikTok and Facebook Ad Library. What is the solution? We want to create an app that allows users to install a chrome extension and save ads in TikTok and Facebook's Ad Library to our platform, where they can organize their ads by tags into "boards". Think Pinterest but for ads. We want to test out this MVP with our beta users. We are looking to further refine our user research where students can help lead the end-to-end process of uncovering insight in order to deliver valuable product insights. There are 3 main actionable outcomes of the project: 1) Leverage your past research experience to create a methodology for identify the target audiences and coming up with a list of questions with intended product research goals. 2) Find 3-5 agencies, direct-to-consumer brands, or even mid-market enterprise brands that use Meta Ad Manager that would engage in this research survey. 3) Interview these stakeholders, by uncovering, synthesizing and communicating applicable findings and insights to the rest of the team (engineers, product managers, end users, and advisors)

User Experience - It's always user being first: Beyond solving our user issues, we are trying to create an elevated experience to not only serve but anticipate their needs and created delighted experience The feature sets we deliver need to create a sense of value, thereby retaining them. We plan on understanding their base level and figure out how to create thoughtful features for retention purpose. Analyze user behavior, actions, and churn metrics. We want to create valuable user flows that give them a reason for coming back.
Designer for Data Visualization SaaS Tool for Content Strategists and Marketers
Help lead and manage the overall design direction by designing interfaces, interactions, and journeys that are accessible and intuitive Create, test and iterate the wireframes for data visualization tool by working closely with our content partners, and engineers Run regression tests on new designs Work with core customer base to come up with ideas, and validate design decisions Conduct user interviews to really understand the root cause of the problem. We're not looking for people that are just designing solutions based on customer requests - we are trying to solve real problems!
