In the field of Property Management it is extremely difficult to create happy customers, due to the complex nature of collecting rent, midnight maintenance emergencies and other delays due to the volume of communication that occurs.While Upper Edge Property Management has a social media account on Facebook and Instagram, we only post about once per week, and it is only a weekly instructional property management video for landlords. We need to engage our tenants to foster a feeling of community and we feel having regular "feel good" type posts on Facebook and Instagram is necessary.Our goal is to have a student create a social media marketing plan for Facebook and Instagram, specifically catered to tenants, with the aim of engaging them to feel like they are appreciative to be living in a property managed by Upper Edge.
