- What is the main goal for this project?

We want students to help us create content aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
The Komino movement's mission is to encourage the youth to invest themselves in social change via content on social media platforms like TikTok or Instagram.
We currently have an account in french (we are based in Montreal) and we want to expand into the ''English side of Canada''.
You'll be given how much time you should allocate to what type of content and coaching in our method to do content.
Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

Final deliverables should include :
- A document with all the created content ideas and plans
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Write posts, article posts, and other written content.
- Write content reflecting on the news, trends, or current events.
- Create and search video content ideas for the content-making team.
- Reach out to local activists to spread their message on our platform.
- Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
- Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
- Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story and explore new types of content.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will also coach student in term of our methods to create content.
