Our institution prioritizes hands-on learning for students eager to explore operational excellence. Students can: Develop a strategic quality management plan. Operationalize the dimensions of quality into measurable characteristics. Conduct the analysis of the costs of quality by computing different costs and assigning them into categories of internal, external, preventative and appraisal.
