We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting sales of our worldwide patented extenders in our target market under two different brand we have: COCHIC (a high end brand providing an elegant packaging to customers like the Ritz Carlton) and C2 (a more affordable brand sold by customers like Walmart).The project may include, but is not limited to:Identifying precise contacts for new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.Compiling relevant market information.Building a customizable B2B outreach script.Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. Strategic Market analysis for a worldwide patented accessory

The challenge is to find the best strategy to enter the market with a less expensive elastic collar extender (under the in-house Brand C2) to directly compete with the metal collar extender without ruining the existing market of elastic high-end collar extenders (sold under the Brand COCHIC and Comfy). The COCHIC is also an in-house brand and the COCHIC elastic extender is sold mostly on Amazon.com and other stores like Men's Wearhouse stores.COCHIC and C2 are in-house brands. Cochic is a luxury brand and C2 is a less expensive brand.Both will be selling a worldwide patented elastic collar extender.
