Strategic Prospecting SALES Plan for a unique patented accessory
Number of individual students required: (2 students)ORNumber of students required to work in team: (A team of 2 students)To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting sales of our worldwide patented extenders in our target market under two different brand we have: COCHIC (a high end brand providing an elegant packaging to customers like the Ritz Carlton) and C2 (a more affordable brand sold by customers like Walmart).The project may include, but is not limited to:Identifying precise contacts for new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.Compiling relevant market information.Building a customizable B2B outreach script.Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.

We are looking for students to help us upgrade either our B2C or our B2B digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We aim to generate high quality leads with your help.Within the project you will create, build and manage a lead generation machine for our business using Facebook and Instagram or LinkedIn. You will need to learn about the existing B2B and B2C customer. We have pivoted from B2B to B2C only recently post Covid.
