The course has three sections of 60 third-year undergraduate students for a potential total of 180 students from the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, with a variety of business course backgrounds. Business and Environmental Sustainability

Carleton University, Sprott School of Business, students will individually and then collectively analyze an organization's environmental challenge and/or opportunity. Students will work with you to apply the full range of their collective knowledge and ideas through online means to assist your organization.The first is a one to two week smaller project and the second is a longer 1 to 2 weeks project. The company will present their organizational challenge(s) to the class. Students will use theory and experience to generate ideas which they will present to your organization in a report and possibly a presentation or video. The company will also contribute by providing grading feedback for the larger project.

Professional MBA: Managing Knowledge During the Pandemic

Are your employees unable to manage or leverage organizational knowledge effectively and efficiently during the pandemic? Maybe it is the pace of work or the fact that employees are now working form home. Carleton University, Sprott School of Business, Professional MBA students will work in groups to analyze your organization's knowledge management challenge(s ) and provide recommendations . Students will work with you to apply the full range of their collective ideas and expertise through online means. The company will present their organizational challenge(s) to the class. The company will also contribute by providing grading feedback. This course is an intensive one week offering with two all-day classroom sessions and time devoted to group work on the client project. Project introductions will take place on Friday November 27th and the final recommendations will be presented to the client through video recordings and group papers.

Students will work with you to apply the full range of their collective knowledge and ideas through online means to assist your organization.This project is made of two parts. The first is a one to two week smaller project and the second is a longer 5 to 6 week project. The company will present their organizational challenge(s) to the class. Students will use theory and experience to generate ideas which they will present to your organization in two reports and possibly a presentation or video. You will act as a judge to choose the best ideas and the winning individual and/or team. The company will also contribute by providing grading feedback for the larger project.
Pandemic Adaptation Part 2

This project is a 6-week courses on business and crisis. Fifteen Carleton University Sprott School of Business students will collectively analyze a pandemic-related challenge and/or opportunity. Students will work with you to apply the full range of their collective knowledge and ideas through online means to help your organization. The company will present their organizational challenge to the class. Student will work in groups or individually on a pandemic-related problem confronting your organization, or to capitalize on an opportunity. Students will collaborate using theory and work experience to generate ideas which they will present to your organization in a report and presentation or video. You will act as a judge to choose the best ideas and the winning individual or team.
