Business Development and Sales Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated business development intern. You will support us with the following: business development initiatives market research gathering sales calls and strategy around market research data lead generation We work with a behavioural tool that we want to bring into new markets. This is not a joke, it is a global tool that has been used for many years, is highly validated and reliable. The aim is to help more organizations understand how it can be of value to them.
CRM and Marketing Associate
This project is broken into two parts. For part one we are looking for students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. We coach people 1-1 in the areas of Personal Insight, Career Transition, and Executive Coaching. Topics vary and include things like imposter syndrome, change, team cohesion, and leadership development. This will be part one of the marketing strategy initiative. Included in the market strategy is: market research SEO CRM strategy outreach liaise with and track opportunities for engagement create partnerships with local associations, with focus on women led businesses increase social media presence and engagement: provide strategies and execute on engagement tracking and administration other duties as assigned Some of the main questions we’d like students to help us answer for the company as a whole are the following: How do we bring our company to #1 on Google? What messaging should we use? And where do we target new clients? What outlets are going to bring the most attention to our company and brand? What opportunities do we have to create greater brand awareness? Part two is focused on the brand of our company. Students will be asked to accomplish the following: take and update images for the company align social media presences with website and any other outward-facing messaging create brand aligned content such as templates and outreach strategies Students will be successful in this project by measuring the before and after outreach and presence they create during this project and showing consistency across all platforms. So far we have grown organically, but this is an opportunity to intentionally strategize about how to grow a brand beyond that and cultivate new opportunities. multiple students will be hired to complete this project.
Business Development and Engagement Associate
The student is responsible for helping us grow our brand presence through marketing strategies and business development practices to grow and engage our target market. We coach people 1-1 in the areas of Personal Insight, Career Transition, and Executive Coaching. Grant and Funding Associate
The primary focus of this project is to research and apply for grant, and other government funding. The student will be responsible for 1- researching applicable funding that our company would be eligible for 2- applying for funding Much government funding goes to waste each year because people do not spend time or know about the money available to support businesses. As a small business we suspect there are opportunities to utilize some of this and would like the support of a student to help us understand what is out there and make some applications for funding. The primary purposes of funding: -hire additional students -hire other support workers -get contractor support such as a website designer to give the company a facelift -invest in growth strategies Students will be successful in this project by measuring the number of applicable grants we are eligible for that have been researched, then how many have been applied for and finally how many we have been successful in receiving.
