Peacasa Process Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative Process Engineer to join our team at Peacasa. The Process Engineer will work with our field marketing and demo team to optimize and streamline processes to ensure seamless execution and communication between the field and head office. This role is critical to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving execution as we grow our marketing initiatives across Canada. A final report will summarize the new processes implemented, manual tasks that have been automated, and clear instructions on how to train and track process execution.

Peacasa Field Marketing

Peacasa reimagines your favourite snacks with more protein and 100% chickpeas. Peacasa’s chickpea chips launched in 2023 and is now sold in stores across Canada.  The project aims to strengthen relationships with retail partners and increase brand awareness in key markets. Learners will gain practical experience in consumer sales, driving brand awareness and trial, coordinating sampling events with retail and community partners, and analyzing marketing ROI.

Regional Marketing Strategy Development for Peacasa

We are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to join our team at Peacasa. The FMS’s purpose is to ensure the successful planning & execution of marketing programs in their respective region to grow brand awareness, drive trial, and impact retail sales. This person is ultimately committed to the goal of delivering an outstanding Peacasa experience at every opportunity in the field.

Content Creator / Videographer

Peacasa, a light & crispy chip made from chickpeas - our brand is built on storytelling and we are proud to call London, ON, Canada, home. Peacasa is available in hundreds of grocery stores across Canada including Whole Foods and Loblaws. This is where YOU come in! Peacasa is exploding and we are actively seeking a Videographer to join our team. someone who can capture stories in a way that makes their audience feel something deeply. We are looking for a Videographer who can capture the day to day, behind the scenes, authentic reactions at sampling demos, and anything else that helps tell our story! THIS IS NOT CORPORATE! You need to be comfortable shooting and editing on the go with either a camera of an iphone. Create a story that makes your audience feel something deeply. Be willing to put yourself in uncomfortable and intimae situations to get your shot/story! Your job is to tell OUR story in an engaging powerful way. To introduce the world to the people behind our product. To capitalize on the raw emotions and real-life situations we encounter as we scale this youth-owned business. We are not looking for a filmmaker, just someone who can pick up a camera and has the inherent ability to shoot the elements needed to tell a good story. Someone who is curious and self directed.
