project management business process modeling data-driven decision making workflow automationWe are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative Process Engineer to join our team at Peacasa. The Process Engineer will work with our field marketing and demo team to optimize and streamline processes to ensure seamless execution and communication between the field and head office.
This role is critical to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving execution as we grow our marketing initiatives across Canada. A final report will summarize the new processes implemented, manual tasks that have been automated, and clear instructions on how to train and track process execution.
π€ Weβll be counting on you to:
Process Development & Optimization
- Design, document, and implement streamlined workflows for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance tracking of field marketing and demo teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in current processes and develop data-driven solutions for improved execution.
Automation & Technology Integration
- Research and implement automation tools (e.g., ai, scheduling software, CRM integrations, reporting dashboards) to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Develop and optimize real-time tracking systems for field team performance, demo impact, and ROI measurement.
Field Team Management Support
- Create systems to ensure demo teams are properly staffed, trained, and equipped with the right materials and knowledge.
- Build an efficient feedback loop between demo teams, sales teams, and management for continuous improvement.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop reporting systems to track demo performance, sales lift, and consumer feedback, helping refine field marketing strategies.
- Implement KPIs and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of sampling and in-store activations.

- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Creative problem solver: you can push boundaries and think outside the box to solve ambiguous problems
- Are a current student at a Canadian accredited college or university
- Youβre Fluent in english
