Details

We are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to join our team at Peacasa. The FMS’s purpose is to ensure the successful planning & execution of marketing programs in their respective region to grow brand awareness, drive trial, and impact retail sales. This person is ultimately committed to the goal of delivering an outstanding Peacasa experience at every opportunity in the field.

Deliverables

🤝 We’ll be counting on you to:

  • Help create and implement a regional marketing plan that devises how to grow the business across the region through key partnerships and 3rd party events/activations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of product sampling demos in stores
  • Have an in-depth understanding of your region’s sport, community, and culture landscape, trends, and opportunities that exist across the region that will lead to business growth.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organizational and project management skills
  • You are a creative problem solver—you can push boundaries and think outside the box to solve ambiguous problems
  • Project management: create and deliver Peacasa branded sports, community, and culture events within the region.
  • Establish relationships with Community Leaders and Influencers who are credible across various sport & culture playgrounds. Bring to life your great ideas and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain regional sport & culture marketing partnerships to drive brand relevancy and consumption.
  • Collaborate with Sales and the design team to develop marketing collateral (POS, merch, etc.) to tie into on-prem execution

  • Take photos and videos to use on social media
