Peacasa reimagines your favourite snacks with more protein and 100% chickpeas. Peacasa’s chickpea chips launched in 2023 and is now sold in stores across Canada. 


The project aims to strengthen relationships with retail partners and increase brand awareness in key markets. Learners will gain practical experience in consumer sales, driving brand awareness and trial, coordinating sampling events with retail and community partners, and analyzing marketing ROI.

Deliverables

We are seeking a highly motivated, connected, and creative Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) to join our team at Peacasa. The FMS’s purpose is to ensure the successful planning & execution of marketing programs in their respective region to grow brand awareness, drive trial, and impact retail sales. This person is ultimately committed to the goal of delivering an outstanding Peacasa experience at every opportunity in the field.


The project deliverables include coordinating and executing sampling events with retail and community partners to drive brand awareness and trial in key markets. A final report will summarize the strategy, ROI, process analysis, and areas for improvement, providing Peacasa with actionable insights and a clear path forward.

  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills - you are a people person!
  • Have excellent organizational and project management skills
  • You are a creative problem solver—you can push boundaries and think outside the box to solve ambiguous problems
  • Project management: create and deliver Peacasa branded sports, community, and culture events within the region.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of product sampling demos in stores
  • Help identify, develop, and maintain key partnerships and 3rd party events/activations in your region’s sport, community, and culture landscape.
  • Collaborate with Sales and the design team to develop marketing collateral (POS, merch, etc.) to tie into on-premises execution
  • Take photos and videos to use on social media
  • Have a strong local network across key sport and/or culture communities (Running, Cycling, Tennis, Pickleball, Pilates, Yoga, Climbing, Group fitness, Art, Music, etc.)
  • You have a drivers license and access to a vehicle 
  • Must be present in Vancouver or Toronto general area
  • Must have access to a vehicle to get around your region
