I'm currently looking for several interns seeking out experience and possible future employment in either markets and businesses.
As the host of Turning Cole Into Diamonds, I inspire people from all walks of life to turn those "coal" moments (moments in life that add a little bit of pressure) into diamonds through comedy and real conversations.
As the Social Media & Sales Manager with Suspension Mats, it's been my mission to bring an easy and affordable workout mat that anyone and any fitness level can enjoy and optimize in and out of the gym.

Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our podcast. A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our podcast appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our podcast. Creating engaging content Working with tools and programs that will automate/simplify as much of the production and social media postings We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to achieve: More downloads per episode Being the top-ranked result for the keywords related to podcasts in the same Genres Larger Social Media Presence & Increase Followers Marketing strategies to increase sales of merchandise from websites SEO and good strategies to have the podcast pop up on more google searches More advertisement space in the right markets and/or the right platforms Marketing Strategies to increase overall listener and audience engagement This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
Strategic Prospecting Plan for a start up fitness equipment company
2 students required to work as a team To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market. The project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base. Compiling relevant market information. Building a customizable outreach script. Building a customizable outreach plan for B2B Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success. The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Podcast Production (Looking for 6+ students)
Turning Cole Into Diamonds is a funny and inspiring take on how we all have "coal" moments in life. Moments that add a little bit of pressure, and it's our outlook and perspective that creates that diamond. (And of course, it's a play on my last name) I'm looking to work with students that will help me take advantage of the the growing podcast market trend and take my podcast to the next level. Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more! Project activities might include but are not limited to: Creating illustrations and animations from podcast episodes Media production such as commercials for advertisements // Brand promotional videos. Website redesign with new logo materials Social Media layout/formatting & video creation Assets with logo incorporated into them for example, pitch decks, brand books, etc.
