Working on the internship with Gerard was awesome, I was able to draw on skills I had gained through school and was able to justify the time it took to develop new social media skills with an existing and respected . I helped Gerard with SEO on his WIX site, Created a social media audit with suggestions of how to improve, a tangible timeline of feasible goals and helped with content management and delivery. Working with Gerard gave me a glimpse into a professionals workflow, the world of podcasting, the LGTBQ community and much more. It took the entire allotted length of the given timeframe, there were a few hiccups we had to deal with and there were more pressing matters that came up like content delivery versus the initial scope of the project. Gerard is a man on a mission, bringing light to peoples lives, He is a stalwart comedian, influencer and in many ways has helped mentor me in these past weeks.
