Conduct a light operational audit of the founder’s current workflow, with emphasis on inbox and task management
Identify 2–3 user-friendly, low-cost tools for email organization, calendar blocking, and task tracking (e.g., Notion, Trello, Google Workspace extensions)
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for key recurring tasks (e.g., checking emails, scheduling follow-ups, managing inquiries)
Create a weekly founder checklist for staying organized and aligned
Final Deliverables:
- Operational audit summary (2–3 pages)
- SOP manual for admin workflows (email and task tracking)
- Founder’s weekly task checklist or template
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
