The goal is to craft a series of engaging videos that highlight Happy Cramps' products in a fun and memorable way, ultimately boosting the company's online visibility and sales.

Luna and Flow: Empowering Young Minds Through Menstrual Education
The goal of this project is to co-develop an educational, story-based children’s book series titled Luna and Flow , aimed at girls aged 9–12. The series will demystify menstruation in an age-appropriate, inclusive, and empowering way. Across three books, learners will help develop narratives focused on first periods, cycle syncing, and PMDD awareness. These books will combine relatable storytelling, culturally diverse illustrations, and scientifically-informed content. Learners will also contribute to supplementary materials like activities, exercises, and guides for educators and caregivers to foster early body literacy and emotional well-being. This project offers a unique opportunity to blend creative writing, youth education, and health communication.

Operations Workflow Audit and Inbox Management for a Solo Founder
This project is designed to help the founder of Happy Cramps , a solo-run wellness startup, streamline her operational processes with a clear focus on email and task management . Students will act as junior operations consultants to evaluate current workflows, recommend simple tools for organization, and create easy-to-implement processes for improved productivity. The scope has been narrowed specifically to founder-facing admin operations, ensuring it aligns with business and operations management coursework while remaining achievable for a single-discipline student team.

Crowdfunding Campaign Strategy for a Wellness Startup
This project invites students to design a crowdfunding campaign strategy for Happy Cramps , a wellness startup launching a transdermal menstrual cramp relief patch. The goal is to help the founder prepare a clear go-to-market crowdfunding approach tailored to a Gen Z and millennial audience in the GTA. Students will develop the positioning, value proposition, campaign outline, and a high-level promotional plan that will help guide the founder's eventual campaign execution. This project focuses on strategy, messaging, and campaign structure only — the technical tasks of video production or graphic design will not be included.
