The main goal for the project is to streamline day-to-day operations and client interactions by creating standard operating procedures and automating certain processes. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Understanding the current day-to-day operations and client interaction processes at Miranda Immigration Services Ltd.
- Developing standard operating procedures for the business operations.
- Reviewing and revamping existing checklists sent to clients for clarity and compliance with immigration procedures.
- Creating ways to automate immigration letters and legal retainer agreements.
- Developing clear milestones and steps for clients to understand their immigration process.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following list of activities:
- Standard Operating Procedures document outlining the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Revised and revamped checklists for clients, ensuring clarity, ease of use, and compliance with immigration procedures.
- Automated immigration letters and legal retainer agreements processes.
- Clear milestones and steps for clients to understand their immigration process.
Final deliverables:
- A final report including the Standard Operating Procedures document, revised checklists, and details of the automated processes.
- A presentation explaining the changes and improvements made to the existing processes.

In order to complete this project, the team will need to have the following skills:
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and legal documentation.
- Experience in developing standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to haves for the team include:
- Experience in client interaction and service delivery.
- Legal background or knowledge of legal documentation processes.
The team will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project progresses.
