We are a very supportive organization and will provide step by step instruction on what to do. We want all of our team to be successful. Below is an outline of what to expect.
- weekly one on one meetings with the CEO to share updates and progress.
- Assignment of 1 individual who will provide training, delegate work, manage priorities and progress.
- Access to the whole team should you need help.
- We welcome all questions even if they are asked in the past. It is important that you are clear in what needs to be done and feel that you know how to do it. There should not be any guess work.
