- Creating a customer relationship management strategy to build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication plans and retention initiatives.


- Assisting in planning and executing the launch of new art-based products or services, including market positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.


- Designing a sales training and development program focused on enhancing key skills such as prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques for the sales team.
