The objective of this project is to design a comprehensive sales strategy and implementation plan for Maison 5 Dimensions, focused on generating consistent revenue from its core service lines: independent publishing support, personal development coaching, creative events (e.g., Bulles & Plume), and business consulting for SMEs and creatives.

Learners will help define customer segments, refine the value proposition per offer, map the customer journey, and propose outreach and conversion tactics. The project will also include content suggestions for sales emails, lead magnets, and a basic CRM/follow-up system to turn leads into paying clients.

4. Sales Funnel Design

  • Map customer journey: awareness → interest → consultation → purchase → retention
