- What is the main goal for this project?

Social Media Content & Strategy/Graphic Design
Ideal number of students: 2 teams of 2 students
We would like students to help us create fun social content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure each student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
In addition, the students may be asked to create on-brand graphic design assets.
Our business helps recent graduates develop the soft skills that are needed in the workplace. This is deep personal development with a professional application and results. It helps people prepare for interviews but also prepare for on the job success.
Our goals are to build a robust community of engaged people, to sell our courses and products and to show traction to potential investors.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Create a series of instagram reels
- Monitor analytics and adapt content development
- Monitor engagement

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

I am a college professor and a soft skills coach and am very comfortable with mentoring.
I plan to meet with the students virtually twice weekly with Slack messaging at least every two days. We will start with a week of onboarding to get familiar with the product and brand. This will be followed by a sample project to make sure that the students are on the same page. One of the two weekly meetings includes an update on challenges with the job and soft skill building.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

A student with excellent writing, Instagram/Reel skills, knowledge of current social trends, experience building digital brands and familiarity with creative software like Canva and Wordpress would be the ideal candidate for this project.
