The primary focus for the student will be:
- Assist Partnerships manager in day-to-day Marketing initiatives
- New partnership outreach
- Help to structure new marketing processes
- Bring creative marketing ideas to the team
- Reach out and support current partners
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Work collaboratively in a small creative team to grow the sport of pickleball

Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- For the student(s) to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share.
- For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
- For the student(s) to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
- For the student(s) to help us generate more traffic and revenue through unique partnership avenues.
- For the student(s) to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content.

Students will work directly with the partnerships manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include frequent progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Email, Google Chat
