The goal of this project is to build a complete social media marketing ecosystem to drive growth, visibility, and customer acquisition for our brand.

Participants will help develop and execute a multi-platform strategy that includes:

  • Brand Positioning & Voice: Define a consistent, compelling tone across all social media channels
  • Content Strategy: Build a content calendar with post types, themes, and formats tailored to each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Creative Development: Design engaging posts, stories, carousels, and short videos that reflect the brand’s personality and value
  • Audience Growth Tactics: Identify organic and paid methods to grow followers, improve engagement, and increase reach
  • Client Attraction: Craft messaging and campaigns designed to attract our ideal customers and drive qualified traffic
  • Platform Optimization: Ensure each social profile is fully optimized with bios, links, highlights, and branding
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and simple reporting to track growth and iterate on what works

By the end of the project, we want a functional, repeatable system in place to consistently grow our online presence and convert visibility into business results.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, participants will deliver a full-stack social media marketing system, including:

  • Social Media Strategy Document
  • A detailed plan outlining brand goals, target audience, content pillars, platform-specific strategies, posting frequency, and growth tactics.
  • Content Calendar (30+ Days)
  • A working calendar with post ideas, captions, formats (reels, carousels, stories, etc.), and publishing schedule across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Branded Content Templates
  • A suite of editable, on-brand templates (Canva or equivalent) for stories, reels, posts, and ads that can be reused by the internal team.
  • Follower Growth & Engagement Plan
  • Tactics to organically grow the following (e.g. hashtags, trends, engagement loops, partnerships) and/or a basic paid strategy to test with small ad budgets.
  • Customer Acquisition Messaging
  • A set of posts and short-form scripts specifically designed to attract leads, showcase value, and drive traffic to our site or DMs.
  • Platform Optimization Audit
  • A review of all existing social profiles with concrete improvements for bios, links, highlight covers, and overall presentation.
  • Performance Tracker or Dashboard
  • A simple system (Google Sheet, Notion, or alternative) to track key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead conversion.
  • Wrap-Up Presentation or Walkthrough Video
  • A 5–10 minute summary walkthrough of the strategy and system so it can be handed off smoothly to our in-house team.
