- What is the main goal for this project?

- Design a comprehensive talent acquisition playbook to execute the recruitment and selection process from start to finish to better attract talent within our niche market of Insurance.
- Evaluate current candidate experience through the recruiting and selection process and make recommendations for improving the experience, including the creation of candidate resources and guides.
- Evaluate current job posting template and recommend content to improve brand and image to attract a desired candidate talent pool. Include job posting templates and develop applicant resource material to better understand the recruitment process for our firm.
- Design screening, interview guides and reference check templates incorporating a variety of questions aligned to effectively assess talent.
- Use 35 and under as the target candidate pool for all of the above.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Open to sharing current technology, templates and workflows we are currently using. Will also share prior projects completed by other schools previously involved in the Riipen program.
Areas to touch on but not limited to: Develop playbook, workflows, and templates. Redesigning outreach messaging for the target audience. Review and make recommendations for job descriptions to attract talent. Advise on additional reach-out methods and platforms. Make recommendations about ensuring we include DEIB within the corporate brand.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

I will make myself available for virtual meetings when needed or as often as the students require. They will also have access to our current workflows, templates and/or ATS if needed.
