What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to help Littl develop and implement a strong sales strategy to increase their customer base and revenue. This will involve several different steps for the sales intern, including:


- Learning about Littl's current sales process and customer base.


- Analyzing the market and identifying potential target customers.


- Developing a sales strategy that includes prospecting, lead generation, and conversion tactics.


- Working with the team to create sales materials and presentations.


- Implementing and testing the sales strategy.


- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the sales strategy and making adjustments as needed.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, the sales intern should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive analysis of Littl's current sales process and customer base.


- A well-defined sales strategy with clear prospecting, lead generation, and conversion tactics.


- Developed sales materials and presentations.


- Implemented and tested sales strategy with measurable results.


- A report on the effectiveness of the sales strategy and any recommended adjustments.



Final deliverables:


- A detailed report outlining the sales strategy and its implementation.


- A presentation summarizing the sales strategy and its impact.
