Brand Refresh and Reposition

Our Recruiting firm is moving into its 6th year and we are ready to reposition the brand we have built for the insurance market from new to the insurance recruiting space with recruiters that have a lot of insurance experience to experts in the insurance recruiting space that happen to also have a lot of insurance experience. We are also expanding into other recruiting spaces that we would like to include in a marketing plan. Historically, recruiters only had to have a large job posting budget to get themselves out there but that is no longer a strategy that works. The brand messaging has to be strong enough to engage passive talent. We have had a branding guideline done and will be available. We also have studies that have been completed within different age groups with suggestions as to how we should target them as a tool to use if required.
