- What is the main goal for this project?

Learn B2B sales. Get on the phone with business owners in four specific industries (provided) and become comfortable selling a service as a product.
Main Goal: Get the business owner to request a proposal.
Secondary Goal: Filter out "bad fits" through the sales call process. Fontana Copy only wants to work with clients who are a good fit, and it will be part of your responsibility to determine good and bad fits.
Success Defined As:
- Number of calls made per day
- Percentage of business owners you speak with compared to how many calls you make
- Percentage of proposals requested compared to how many owners you speak with
- New projects landed for Fontana Copy
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

First and foremost, you should understand Fontana Copy's services by reviewing blog articles, case studies, and internal resources I will provide.
From a list of 200 contacts that will be provided to you, you will need to:
- Call businesses and only speak with the decision-makers (CEOs, owners, marketing directors, etc.)
- Record calls made, who you spoke with, & result of the call
- Organize new leads into a spreadsheet and schedule a follow-up or proposal for me
- Perform these tasks at different times throughout the week and take note of the most effective times during the day for sales calls
Note: Fontana Copy is a company of one. You will work directly with me (Gabe), the owner, to help grow and take this new company from $40k/year to $100k/year. Your efforts will directly relate to this company's revenue.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

The learner will work one-on-one with me. I will provide them with tools, access to data, and training sessions. They will see internal business resources and learn about starting a remote digital marketing company from the ground up.
I will ensure that this be an incredible experience and opportunity for the learner and myself.
