The main goal of this project is to investigate and analyze LocalStudent Inc.'s CRM software and provide suggestions for improvement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Analyzing the existing CRM software and its features.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing a plan to address them.
- Researching and testing new features and technologies that could be integrated into the CRM software.
- Developing a timeline for implementation of the improvements.
- Testing the improved CRM software and making adjustments based on feedback.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Learners will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. They will be shown LocalStudent's website and how users experience our website and other customer facing platforms, and instructed on the areas where LocalStudent most needs improvement in user experience. They will have 1-2 meetings a week to determine their progress, give them constructive criticism and feedback on what they are doing well. Regular communication will take place through WhatsApp.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- CRM software and its features.
- Software development and testing.
- Researching and testing new features and technologies.
- Project management and timeline development.
Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
