The project aims to provide students with practical experience in digital marketing by updating the company's website, creating engaging social media content, and developing comprehensive sponsorship packages. Additionally, students will design B2B email campaigns to effectively promote the workshops to potential partners. The project will also involve creating sales collateral and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and partnership opportunities. This initiative will allow students to apply their classroom knowledge in marketing strategies, digital content creation, and performance analysis, all within a real-world business context.
🎯 Project Goals
- Website Optimization & Content Refresh
Enhance the www.nextten.life website by auditing existing pages and implementing design and content updates that reflect NEXT TEN’s evolving brand, community impact, and upcoming programs.
2. Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling
Develop a series of branded, purpose-driven social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) that align with NEXT TEN’s themes of transformation, connection, and purpose, with the aim of increasing follower engagement and reach by 20%.
3. Sponsorship & Partnership Package Development
Create a compelling sponsorship and partnership package (digital + PDF format) that outlines value propositions, impact metrics, and audience demographics, enabling outreach to corporate sponsors and strategic partners.
4. B2B Email Campaigns for AI-Driven Workshop Promotion
Design and execute an email campaign targeting B2B decision-makers to promote NEXT TEN’s “THRIVE with AI” workshops, focused on employee empowerment and future readiness. This includes copywriting, sequencing, and performance tracking.
5 . Sales Collateral Development
Build a suite of visually appealing sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, workshop brochures) that equip NEXT TEN with professional assets to support outreach to clients, partners, and event sponsors.
6. Campaign Performance Tracking & Recommendations
Set up basic tracking tools (e.g., UTM links, engagement benchmarks) to monitor the effectiveness of website, email, and social content initiatives, and provide final insights with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Students will deliver an updated and optimized website section dedicated to AI workshops, along with a series of social media posts tailored for different platforms. They will also create a detailed sponsorship package and a B2B email campaign template. Additionally, students will provide a set of sales collateral materials and a report analyzing the performance of the marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
