Details

The Edmonton Neighbourhood Watch Program Society is seeking assistance from students to enhance their financial management processes. The primary goal of this project is to support the organization with bookkeeping tasks and the preparation of financial statements. This will help ensure that the society's financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations. By participating in this project, students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge of accounting and finance in a real-world setting. The project will involve tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial statements. This hands-on experience will not only benefit the organization but also provide valuable practical experience for the students.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include:

- Accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for the Edmonton Neighbourhood Watch Program Society.

- Monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
