What is the main goal for this project?

The primary focus for the student will be:


Marketing and Brand Development

Content Creation


Are you a creative thinker and a problem solver? Do you have the confidence to take the lead and thrive

in a hands-on environment? Love Molinar Brand is

seeking interns who are ready to dive into the world

of a new startup fashion brand, achieving significant milestones for their careers whilst being mentored

by an industry vet. We are looking for 2 interns

for 4-5 hours per week. This internship is until June 7th, 2024 and will include mentoring. I have over 30yrs experience in the fashion and film industry and I can help guide you in what it takes to create a successful career from the inside out.


Brand Strategy:

Collaborate closely with the brand strategist, offering valuable suggestions for growth.

Contribute to and strategize brand initiatives that

enhance awareness and community

engagement.

Market Research and Outreach:

Conduct market research to identify trends and

opportunities.

Engage in PR outreach, compiling lists of

influencers, stylists, celebs, and media outlets for

potential collaboration and brand positioning.

Research possible event spaces and collaborations for local pop-up events to elevate brand presence.

Content Creator

Create fun, engaging reels, gifs and videos that show BTS and what the brand is about utilizing the brand board. You should have some experience with IMOVIE PRO, CapCut, Canva, PS ExPress, Lightroom as your go to tools.

Get ready to sharpen your creative and graphic design skills.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of this experience is: for the

students to gain hands on, leadership

experiences, confidence in their abilities, whilst

working within a team. But not limited to:

Helping us improve our brand's presence

and gain a better understanding of our target

market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our

target sector/customers.




How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work directly with the Owner/Designer and Brand Strategist.


Weekly zoom progress meetings where tasks and

hours will be adjusted accordingly. In addition to

answering, coaching and giving guidance to the

students in whichever area they need help in.
