As we embark on structuring our internal operations at Papa Draftsman, we recognize the critical need for a robust HR framework. To this end, we are seeking your expertise in developing a set of foundational HR documents, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies, Off Boarding & Exit Management, and Employee Health & Workplace Safety. This initiative aims to equip us with comprehensive policies and procedures that reflect best practices and meet legal standards. We invite your suggestions on these and any additional documents crucial for our operational efficacy. Your guidance in establishing these HR fundamentals will be invaluable in ensuring we build a supportive and efficient workplace environment. We appreciate your detailed input on content, format, and depth for each document, which will enable us to tailor these materials to our specific needs and enhance our team’s understanding and implementation.

- Deliverable: A Recruitment Document that includes job description templates, sourcing strategies for diverse talent pools, screening processes, and interview guidelines.
2. Employee Onboarding Document:
- Task: Create a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, promoting quick integration into our company culture.
- Deliverable: An Onboarding Document containing checklists for pre-boarding activities, a schedule of the first week's activities, role-specific training plans, and resources for new employee support.
3. DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) Policy:
