Launch & Post-Launch of Manual Of Health E-commerce Platform
We're a start-up e-commerce company focused on nature-based nutritional products.
We're looking for a project manager to help us launch the website, company brand, and first
product. The project manager needs to liaise with all department heads like product
development, supply chain, finance, marketing and communications, legal, web development, and e-commerce.
Project Duration: 6 months
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Perform business analysis and present recommendations from a project management perspective.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to determine project management approach/style that would work best for us including fastest adoption.
- Search, recommend, and apply for eligible and suitable grants.
- Complete launch of the e-commerce website
- Established company brand and marketing strategy
- Coordination and collaboration with all department heads
- Leverage project management best practices
- Lead cross-functional meetings and take minutes
- Perform and present post-mortem
- Assist in other adhoc tasks as needed to help push projects forward.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Support
- One-to-one ongoing support via online, phone, and if located in Toronto, in-person meetings
- Weekly status update meetings where we will discuss upcoming tasks and expectations, as well as provide any guidance
- There will be a strong encouragement for this candidate to "check themselves" and "read the room" to make sure that they understand everything from everyone, and that everyone understands everything from them.
- As our project manager, we expect this person to have familiarity and a certain comfort level of a variety of project management platforms/programs to recommend to us based on where we currently are in our business and the next level we plan to take it too.
- The leadership team are experts in marketing, communications, supply chain management, importing & exporting, and have many years experience in multi-national corporations, mid-size & small businesses as well as all levels of government.
- We will all happily share our insights, answer any questions, give advice and guidance to both support the work we expect them to do, and the career they are working to establish themselves in.
