- What is the main goal for this project?

To be considered applicants must be fully fluent using WiX Content Management System Demonstrated WiX experience is a MUST
Using WiX CMS, we will work with students on design and functionality updates for our website - Carib.Farm
Selected students will work with our design and development team to make appropriate design/copy updates to our fully-functioning, branded website. Assistance will be provided for design direction, content and copywriting.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Students should be prepared to:
- Deliver website updates using WiX builder
- Troubleshoot existing problem areas and deliver working solutions
- Prepare weekly progress reports and overall project timeline
- Required visual assets will be provided by client - gather and optimize website images
- Any Website copy required will be provided by client, liaise with team copywriters
- Research appropriate SEO considerations
- Provide overview on updating and maintaining the site.
- Test, prepare, reiterate and deliver final completed website revisions

Students will connect directly with the project manager / founder for mentorship and supervision throughout the project
Students are required to attend regular weekly 1on1 and Team virtual meetings
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

- Proven skills, demonstrated knowledge and working experience with website builders such as WiX
- Knowledge of branding, visual design skills and typography
- Excellent skills and understanding of UX and UI design principles
- Problem-solving, project management, communications
- Some HTML/CSS
- Attendance at virtual weekly team meetings is required !
