The primary focus for the student will be:
Your core project will be focused on Product Adoption and/or Behavour Change. Supporting Managers with business documentation to drive awareness and adoption.
- Gain Practical Experience: One of the primary goals is to gain hands-on experience in a real business environment. This includes understanding how various business functions operate, applying academic knowledge to real-world situations, and developing practical skills.
- Build Professional Skills: Summer business positions offer opportunities to develop and enhance a wide range of professional skills. This may include communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability.
- Learn Industry-specific Knowledge: Depending on the industry, students may have the objective of gaining a deeper understanding of specific business operations, trends, and challenges. This industry-specific knowledge can be beneficial for future career pursuits.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
