- What is the main goal for this project?

Work with and shadow our Creative Manager and Owner as we work with 1 new client and create unique graphical and video assets.
You'll gain the unique opportunity to be involved in creating designs for a new BETA service that's being provided through our company as we're testing and iterating on our service.
In this role, the student will have creative freedom to experiment, think out-of-the-box, and brainstorm alongside our team and our client to help create a unique style.

- Working with the Creative Manager to build out 5 graphical resumes using our systems and protocols
- Working with the Owner to build a wireframe and design for 1 client's website
- Being involved in the brainstorming session with our client and internally with the company
- Creating a branding package for 1 client utilizing feedback and information gathered from a client

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

You'll be working with and shadowing our team directly, making this experience very seamless and learning-heavy.
As you shadow, you can speak with and ask questions from your mentor as you go through each element of the servicing.
You also have full ability to communicate with your mentor offline through Discord (contact information will be provided).
Lastly, you'll be provided with video documentation that will prepare you for the internship and your responsibilities.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

A passion for the esports industry is required. Additionally, a qualified candidate will be excited to have experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Bonus experience includes having knowledge of using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and using web-builders on WordPress such as Elementor.
Additional training and preparation for the individual tasks will be provided during the internship.
