The goal of this project is to analyze the data from LocalStudent's current operations and use it to critique and suggest improvements to their current expansion and operational strategy, with a goal of enabling LocalStudent to scale rapidly in the next 12 months. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Analyzing LocalStudent's existing data to identify areas of improvement.
- Developing a strategy for rapid expansion and growth.
- Identifying potential areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Researching new technologies and trends that could be beneficial to LocalStudent's growth.
- Developing a timeline and budget for implementing the strategy.

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. They will provided with the data LocalStudent has collected, and instructed to analyze it for insights that can be used to make operations more efficient and can allow for the business to scale faster. This will also include weekly progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Regular communication will be conducted via WhatsApp.
Compensation: Payment by funder C$1,400.00

In order to complete this project, students can self-teach, but it is beneficial to be familiar with:
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Business strategy and operations.
- Technology trends and new technologies.
- Project management and budgeting.
Nice to haves for students include:
- Experience with financial modeling software.
Students will be expected to research and learn more about the above as the project goes along.
