What is the main goal for this project?

The main goal for the project is to create and execute a digital marketing campaign for the next phase of Andreaus Consulting, focusing on LinkedIn and Facebook. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience on LinkedIn and Facebook.


- Developing a content strategy for both platforms to engage the target audience.


- Creating and scheduling posts, ads, and other content for the campaign.


- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the campaign to make data-driven optimizations.


- Collaborating with CLO to align the campaign with the company's overall marketing strategy.


What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?


By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- Market research report on the target audience on LinkedIn and Facebook.


- Content strategy document for the digital marketing campaign.


- Scheduled posts, ads, and other content for the campaign.


- Performance analysis report with data-driven optimizations for the campaign.


- Collaboration plan with the Andreaus Consulting for the campaign.



Final deliverables:


- Detailed digital marketing campaign report including all research, strategies, content, and performance analysis.


- Presentation explaining the campaign and its outcomes to the Andreaus Consulting.


How will you support learners in completing the project?
  • One on one mentoring and coaching.
  • Weekly feedback sessions, using structured start, stop, and continue and STARS methodology.

What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?


In order to successfully complete this project, the team will need to have the following skills:


- Digital marketing knowledge, including social media marketing on LinkedIn and Facebook.


- Market research and analysis skills.


- Content creation and copywriting abilities.


- Data analysis and performance tracking expertise.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Nice to haves for the team include:


- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn sales navigation or Facebook Ads Manager.
