The company seeks to design a data-informed, AI-compatible, scalable business model and go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored to the evolving needs of the restaurant industry in Canada. The project focuses on leveraging AI to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. The goal is to create a robust framework that supports sustainable growth and enhances the platform's appeal to restaurant partners. The project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of business strategy, data analysis, and AI integration in a real-world context, fostering innovation and strategic thinking.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive business model and GTM strategy document, supported by data analysis and insights. The document should outline key market opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic initiatives for expansion. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for Me N ü's leadership team. This will ensure that the proposed strategies are clearly communicated and actionable.

A detailed report outlining market analysis, key findings, strategic recommendations, and a clear growth roadmap for Me N ü’s expansion across Quebec and beyond.

2. Market Research & Data Analysis

Insights based on primary and secondary research into the digital menu and restaurant tech landscape, including user behavior, competitor benchmarks, and emerging trends.

3. Business Model Innovation

Design and validation of one or more scalable business models, including monetization options, cost structures, and strategic partnerships.

4. Innovation Concepts

Proposals for new features or services, ideally integrating AI or automation, along with mockups or wireframes to illustrate the vision.

5. Execution Roadmap

An actionable plan covering short- and mid-term goals (3–6–12 months), team structure, marketing strategies, and resource needs.

6. Presentation Deck

A concise slide deck summarizing all findings, strategic proposals, and execution plans, suitable for internal stakeholders or investors.

7. Progress Check-ins

Bi-weekly updates and a midterm review presentation to ensure alignment, receive feedback, and adjust direction if needed.
