social media finance brand management post-production mortgage loans real estate editingThe main objective of this project is to collaborate with a student videographer/editor to film and produce short-form, vertical videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. These videos will help enhance my brand visibility as a mortgage agent and connect with a wider audience through engaging, informative, and on-trend content. The student will gain hands-on experience working with a professional in the real estate and finance space, while building a content portfolio.
The expected deliverables include a series of 20-25 professionally shot and edited short-form videos (30–60 seconds each) suitable for Instagram and Facebook Reels. The student will handle on-site filming (in Vaughan), post-production editing, and contribute creative input on content style and trends. Deliverables must align with current social media best practices and brand guidelines.
