This experience focuses on equipping learners with the skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategic plans for penetrating the US market through partnering and collaborating with media outlets, magazines, podcasts, and many others to promote the B2B Software sales consulting services of JK Consulting. Participants will learn to apply analytical frameworks and strategic thinking to real-world business challenges. Learners may also have the chance to reach out themselves, if ready and willing, to some media/PR organizations for collaboration requests.They will gain hands-on experience in creating value propositions, identifying market obstacles, and crafting actionable recommendations, all while honing their communication and problem-solving skills.

The student will have several weekly sessions with the CEO of JK Consulting whom they'll report to, in order to train them, define expectations, provide business insights, and track and provide feedback on performance.

Deliverables

Experience Tasks:

  1. Developing a through partner market entry strategy via media/PR firms for a B2B Software sales specialized Consulting Firm in the U.S. market
  2. Creating a value proposition
  3. Identifying and analyzing potential partnership and collaboration channels for in the U.S.
  4. Designing a hands-on marketing campaign to raise brand awareness in the U.S.
  5. Assessing competitive landscape and positioning strategies
  6. Formulating a stakeholder engagement plan to build partnerships in the U.S.



Experience Project Plan by Milestone:

  1. Understand the JK Consulting brand identity, offering definition, USPs, general competitors, and USPs.
  2. Assessing the U.S. relevant Media/PR market and approach and partnerships development channels.
  3. Building a Go-To-Market strategy for media/PR partnerships development.
  4. Optional: Implement some parts of the strategy by reaching out, under the supervision of the CEO.
