Details

The project aims to support the strategic structuring and long-term growth of a rapidly expanding Canadian company with a revenue exceeding $10 million. Despite its strong performance and recent franchise acquisitions, the company has evolved without a consolidated business plan.

Learners will develop a robust and professional strategic business plan that reflects the full scope and ambition of Groupe Schekina. The project will focus on three growth pillars:

  • Franchise development services
  • Coaching and training for immigrant entrepreneurs
  • Residential and commercial cleaning services

As part of this mandate, learners will conduct a market and competitor analysis, profile target customer segments, evaluate pricing and positioning strategies, and propose structured frameworks for new service lines and internal operations.

The final output will serve as an actionable, investor-ready business plan that reflects both the company’s current operations and its future direction, including leadership development, digital transformation, and service diversification. This project offers learners the opportunity to work on a real-world case of strategic growth planning in a multicultural Canadian business context.

Deliverables

Groupe Schekina Inc. is a fast-growing Canadian company built on the values of resilience, empowerment, and entrepreneurial excellence. Born from the lived experience of its immigrant founders, Eveline and Félix Seka, the company was created to turn the challenges of integration into stepping stones toward economic freedom — not only for themselves, but for countless others pursuing the same dream.

Initially launched through the acquisition of a franchise, the company has grown rapidly, achieving over $10 million in annual revenue, and continues to expand its reach through strategic acquisitions and diversification. Today, Groupe Schekina Inc. is more than a business — it is a hub of opportunity that actively supports aspiring entrepreneurs, especially newcomers to Canada, through three main areas of activity:

Franchise development and support services

Training and coaching programs for immigrant entrepreneurs

Residential and commercial cleaning services across multiple regions

What sets Groupe Schekina apart is its authentic, grassroots approach: the company doesn't just teach entrepreneurship — it lives it. Its mission is to open doors for others, helping them access the knowledge, resources, and structures that were once out of reach. Groupe Schekina’s work is rooted in a commitment to building a strong, inclusive, and financially independent community, where every person can thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.

With a proven business model and a growing team, Groupe Schekina Inc. is now entering a new phase of structured growth and seeks to formalize its business strategy in order to scale sustainably and inspire the next generation of Canadian entrepreneurs.
