Details

Students will:

  • Review a previous student group’s AI proposal and understand the strategic goals already in motion
  • Define a clear learning path for mortgage brokers who are new to using AI in their business
  • Build a course inside Go High Level (access provided) that teaches brokers:
  • What AI tools are available to them (e.g., ChatGPT, automation, document-reading tools)
  • How those tools work in a mortgage business context
  • When and why to use them (lead gen, reminders, onboarding, follow-up)
  • Write clear, conversational scripts for each course module that can be recorded or turned into an AI avatar instructor
  • Work with our internal team to stitch together video tutorials, screen shares, and AI voiceovers
  • Build the sales pipeline and automation flow that brings brokers into the course and follows up after they finish
  • This is not a theory-based project—it’s about execution. You’ll walk away with experience building a real-world educational product that will be used by brokers in the industry.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of how AI can be used practically by Canadian mortgage brokers
  • The ability to create and structure a real course and automation funnel
  • Experience working with CRM and funnel tools like Go High Level
  • Collaborative skills through working with a real business owner and team

Bonus steps would include:

  • Creating an intro video or sample AI avatar instructor demo
  • Writing promotional email or ad content to drive brokers into the funnel
  • Designing a downloadable AI cheat sheet or guide for brokers
  • Suggesting a certification or quiz at the end of the course

Deliverables

Final deliverables should include:

  • A live or test-mode course inside Go High Level with multiple structured modules
  • Course scripts and lesson copy for each module
  • An automation sequence (email/SMS/tags) that delivers the course and follows up
  • A mapped sales pipeline inside the CRM
  • A summary guide that explains how the funnel works and how it’s designed to convert
  • A 10-minute presentation to walk through the funnel, course, and conversion path
