What is the main goal for this project?

We would like students to design promotional material for our new product. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials and make recommendations on media to consider.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our new product
  • Recommending marketing tactics to promote our new product such as exclusive previews and introductory offers.
  • Designing promotional material for various media.
  • Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with our target market and product
  • Assessment of our marketing strategy
  • Recommendation of marketing tactics
  • Design of promotional material

Bonus steps would include:

  • Creating and testing marketing materials

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report.
  • A 10-minute presentation.

All company resources for successful completion of the project including access to paid accounts and learning resources from the Project Lead.
