Could you work with final year undergraduate students who are studying Computer Science at City to complete your project while providing valuable industry experience that will propel their career? City, University of London are currently accepting proposals for projects which undergraduate students on Computer Science courses can complete for their final year dissertation project! You can learn more about the course and what it covers on our website . We want to hear from employers and organisations who are passionate about working with students to boost their employability. As a project partner, you would need to be able to support and work with our students to complete an industry project from December 2023 to April 2024. We are looking for industry partners who can submit project proposals by 31 October 2023, 9am BST so we can review and share these with our students.

UX/UI Postgraduate Internships

Students studying UX/UI will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Internships need to be for a minimum of 3 months and start around mid-July. Students are seeking UX/UI projects that they can work on for their Masters final project.

Students studying BSc Mathematics or BSc Mathematics and Finance, will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the summer vacation period (June - Sept) connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Internships can be up to 3 months in length starting from June. Students are seeking projects that they can work on to help develop their industry knowledge and to further enhance their skill-set and future employability.
Data Science Internships for Postgraduate Students
Students from our MSc Data Science programme are looking for internship opportunities for up to six months to gain professional experience and to undertake an industry-based project (where possible). Your organisation can propose a topic/or area of work or one can be agreed with the student prior to their commencement of the internship. Internships are undertaken in the July to December period, for between 3-6 months and the scheme enables our students to undertake work in industrial projects of direct value to organisations whilst simultaneously learning along professionals. There are many advantages of recruiting a postgraduate student City: Postgraduate internships are fixed term and there is no requirement for you to offer work extending past this period. This means no long-term overheads or expensive recruitment fees. Our students can bring an established skill-set in key areas such as machine learning, data visualisation, Python and neural computing.
