This will help us develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct a competitive analysis of our business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company, products, and target market. Identifying current and potential future competitors. Creating a matrix identifying features that are similar and different between companies. Summarizing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending how our company can differentiate itself through products / services and messaging.
Marketing Outreach and Digital Content Creation
We would like a student to help us with creating a list of contacts at specific companies in British Columbia who have group retirement plans for employees in their organization. We have a list of the companies we want to reach out to and we can show the student how to add relevant contacts in the company to our marketing list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Once the list is complete, we work together to create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization, as well as the problems we are solving for these organizations. We are currently developing a FinTech Project that will build financial plans for our clients utilizing mathematical formulas to make recommendations, based on individual situations. The wireframes have been completed and the project is currently being coded. We are seeking the help of someone who can help write the formulas that will be the basis of the recommendations. Getting started: After signing an NDA, the student will meet the team building the project. They will work directly with a Certified Financial Planner, a web developer, and a leading coder in the industry. This exciting project has gained interest from several investment firms and is a great opportunity to gain insight into the FinTech and financial services world. We need a marketing strategist for our company to speak to our services in Group Benefits, Insurance, Wealth Management and Financial Literacy. This role entails creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, outreach, branding, and more. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a purpose-driven B-Corporation to use their business as a force for good. You will be reaching out to various organizations and individuals across multiple platforms. If you are a confident, creative, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who has an interest in social media and marketing outreach, then this role is for you. We anticipate this project could be undertaken by an individual student (80 hours) or a team of students from 2-5 individuals (160-400 hours). Based on group size, the implementation and planning of tactics will be increased and allow for further collaboration and ideation in the marketing strategy.
