We need a digital steward for the Canadian Certified B Corporation Directory. The role entails actively managing the backend of the directory (which is built on WordPress), as well as outreach and marketing of the directory to Canadian B Corps. We need a marketing strategist for our company to speak to our services in Group Benefits, Insurance, Wealth Management and Financial Literacy. This role entails creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, outreach, branding, and more.This is an incredible opportunity to work with a purpose-driven B-Corporation to use their business as a force for good. You will be reaching out to various organizations and individuals across multiple platforms. If you are a confident, creative, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who has an interest in social media and marketing outreach, then this role is for you.We anticipate this project could be undertaken by an individual student (80 hours) or a team of students from 2-5 individuals (160-400 hours). Based on group size, the implementation and planning of tactics will be increased and allow for further collaboration and ideation in the marketing strategy. Getting started:To kick the project off we will ask student(s) to facilitate a marketing audit to better understand where The ReFrame Group is currently sitting in the market among competitors (direct & indirect). From there we will look for recommendations in marketing outreach and tactics which will then be implemented by the student(s).
