What is the main goal for this project?

Number of positions available: 5 ( individually or in a team)

The ReFrame Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual(s) who want to help create innovative marketing campaigns to reach key decision-makers at different companies across Canada. We need a marketing strategist for our company to speak to our services in Group Benefits, Insurance, Wealth Management and Financial Literacy. This role entails creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, outreach, branding, and more.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with a purpose-driven B-Corporation to use their business as a force for good. You will be reaching out to various organizations and individuals across multiple platforms. If you are a confident, creative, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who has an interest in social media and marketing outreach, then this role is for you.

We anticipate this project could be undertaken by an individual student (80 hours) or a team of students from 2-5 individuals (160-400 hours). Based on group size, the implementation and planning of tactics will be increased and allow for further collaboration and ideation in the marketing strategy.

Getting started:

To kick the project off we will ask student(s) to facilitate a marketing audit to better understand where The ReFrame Group is currently sitting in the market among competitors (direct & indirect). From there we will look for recommendations in marketing outreach and tactics which will then be implemented by the student(s).

This project will include:

· Facilitating an audit of existing marketing strategy to act as a base for which recommendations and tactics can be build from

· Crafting marketing strategy including recommended tactics such as: digital marketing strategy (SEO, Google Ad Words), social media content calendar,

· Outreach to relevant associations for partnership and collaborative opportunities within the HR community

· Content creation for social media channels through Adobe photoshop, Canva, etc.

· Social media management and growing the engagement through social channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn

· Getting backlinks for the ReFrame website through thought leadership pieces and partner sits

Qualifications & Skills:

· Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

· Attention to detail & willingness to learn

· Confidence to provide recommendations and speak to the service offering of the ReFrame Group (once integrated with the team and product offerings)

· Proficient in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
